In the years that I've been an agent, I have been able to dive into different types of markets like multi-families both new construction and gut renovated, condos whether it's a luxury high rise or boutique where the individual owners make up the board and set the standard monthly HOA. In addition, I've helped investors purchase properties for flips helping analyze what the after-repair value would be according to our current market trends.
Aside from being well-versed in multiple markets and property types, Annemarie has curated a wonderful team of mortgage lenders, real estate attorneys, home inspectors, title search companies, and licensed contractors.
